Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the company’s growth strategy and sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and Sales.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and interpret market data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
