Zee Real Estate a dynamic real estate company based in Dubai, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts by identifying and nurturing potential clients and generating high-quality leads within the competitive Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through campaigns on various media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ad Words, etc.) with a focus on lead and sale conversions
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and sales managers to discuss lead generation opportunities
  • Optimize content for visibility and provide on-page and off-page SEO
  • Suggest and implement digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Develop a weekly and monthly social media and events calendar on various channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
  • Advise on content creation to increase followers
  • Monitor traffic on the company's social media channels
  • Manage day-to-day online advertising activities
  • Manage the company's website updates and provide content management support
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that need to be addressed
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
-At least 1 to 3 + years of experience in generating leads in the Dubai real estate market
-Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Instagram Ads
-Must have a thorough understanding of all Dubai real estate developers, their projects, and industry trends
-Experience in marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, digital platforms (i.e. mobile or social media), and integrated campaign management (developing advertising, print, video, email, television, digital, and interactive assets)
-Strong interpersonal skills and proven client service expertise required to create, maintain, and enhance strong relationships across the enterprise
-Exceptional command of both English and Arabic languages (verbal and written)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Deadline-oriented; able to work quickly and efficiently to complete assigned projects within the given deadline
