Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs.
- Source, list, and conduct viewings of properties.
- Stay updated on market trends and conduct property valuations.
- Negotiate deals and draft contracts.
- Ensure compliance with laws and maintain transaction records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and proficiency in CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license; RERA certification preferred.
