*Position Summary:*
Roya Real Estate is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our team and assist clients in making informed property investment decisions. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying properties that meet clients' needs, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a passion for real estate.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist clients in identifying and selecting properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with property market trends and developments in Abu Dhabi.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
*Preferred Skills:*
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Certification in real estate or a related field.
