We are currently expanding our reach and are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive our growth by closing deals with top brands in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients in the food and beverage industry, including wholesalers, traders, and retailers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target brands.
- Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition to account management.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales strategies.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Educate potential clients on the benefits of our eco-friendly packaging solutions and how they can meet their sustainability targets by partnering with Nure.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging or food and beverage industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals with major brands.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of sustainable packaging solutions and the importance of sustainability in the food and beverage industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence decision-makers effectively.
- Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
