Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Doha, Qatar

Ritaj Facility Management is seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our team of cleaners. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks and inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met

- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing training and guidance to existing staff

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards

- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Address any issues or complaints related to cleaning services and take appropriate corrective actions

- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and inventory of supplies

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at improving cleaning efficiency and quality

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role

- Knowledge of cleaning practices, techniques, and equipment

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively train and motivate cleaning staff

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
