Position: Salesperson (Oil & Gas Company)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson who is well-versed in the local oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the industry, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local oil and gas sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
· Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable deals.
· Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the oil and gas sector.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
· Strong understanding of the local oil and gas market dynamics and key players.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business) is a plus.
