Job Description: The Social Media Specialist will create and manage social media strategies to promote IVY Properties' brand and services. This role demands a solid understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying ahead of trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Design graphics, write copy, and produce multimedia content.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Strategy Development:
- Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Tailor content to target audiences and analyze market trends.
Lead Generation:
- Implement social media campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Track and optimize lead generation metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with lead generation goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a positive community across social media platforms.
- Engage with followers and influencers to build relationships.
- Plan and execute social media events and campaigns.
Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing team for cohesive messaging.
- Coordinate with departments to gather content and align efforts.
- Partner with influencers and industry leaders to expand reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong writing and graphic design skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
