Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry.
Extensive experience in blue and white-collar recruitment, onboarding, and bulk hiring.
Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas positions and industry-specific requirements.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
