We are Hiring for Recruitment Specialist
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry.
Extensive experience in blue and white-collar recruitment, onboarding, and bulk hiring.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in international recruitment and managing overseas recruitment campaigns.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Must have valid Qatar id copy, transferable visa with NOC
