Position: PROJECT MANAGER

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: UAE (Candidates must already reside in UAE)

Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000

Job Description:

Precon Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced PROJECT MANAGER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience and must currently reside in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and coordination with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control project expenditures.
• Establish project timelines and milestones, and track progress against established schedules.
• Ensure Quality Assurance and Compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8-10 years of proven experience in civil construction project management
• Candidates must already reside in UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
