Position: CONCRETE FOREMAN

Location: UAE (Candidates must already reside in UAE)

Salary: AED 3500

Job Description:

Precon Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced CONCRETE FOREMAN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant experience and must currently reside in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise concrete crews, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

• Monitor concrete mix consistency, slump, and temperature to ensure optimal performance and durability.
• Oversee the placement, finishing, and curing of concrete, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for all team members.
• Coordinate the installation and removal of formwork and reinforcement materials for concrete structures and ensure that formwork is properly aligned, braced, and secured to withstand concrete placement pressures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate concrete activities within the overall project schedule.

7. Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency

• Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during concrete projects, such as formwork design changes, material shortages, or logistical issues.

Requirements:

· Relevant certifications or training in concrete construction, construction management, or related fields (preferred).

· Proven experience in concrete construction, with at least 5-6 years of experience in a leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of concrete techniques, processes, and safety standards.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

· Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
