As a receptionist at Gigafit Gym, you will play a very important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.
- Managing member accounts and processing payments.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and classes.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for fitness.
