As a receptionist at Gigafit Gym, you will play a very important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and checking in members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.
  • Managing member accounts and processing payments.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and classes.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for fitness.
