Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Section In-Charge - Butcheryto join our company in Abu Dhabi.
Reporting to Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Butchery sections in all retail stores. In addition you will:
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product, such as budgets, expenditures, and profit-loss projections.
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of meat products, and monitoring market trends.
- Analyze monthly section budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
- Manage and track inventory records to estimate gross monthly profits as per company guidelines.
- Execute localized merchandising plans and follow company plans to ensure Butchery Section achieves profits.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards mandated by EHS.
- In order to be successful in your application, it is essential you have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in any discipline.
- At least 10 years of total experience in a management position of which minimum 3 - 5 years of retail industry experience.
- Must have working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.
- Must have an excellent knowledge with different and all type of meat products.
- Must have the ability of effective communicate with all levels of the organization
