Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes
Would be responsible for post go live support and handling of any enhancements and issues
Would be responsible to handle the daily users issues of business users
Would provide the training for SAP modules for various roles in the business
Prepare the functional specifiations and collaborate with the technical team to deliver custom solutions
