1. Maintain safe and orderly laboratory
2. Coordinate and complete all requests on time for fragrance application samples and testing
3. Follow procedures and prepare applications with quality, speed & accuracy
4. Conduct stability test
5. Manage fragrance oils, customer base and internal base inventories
6. Offer best in class service (bottling, labelling, packing, documenting …) to other departments, affiliates, and clients
7. Monitor data & sampling activities in lab summaries and/or lab book
8. Receive samples from clients, affiliates, and head office
9. Maintain equipment in proper working order
10. Book/track sample shipments
