We are looking for a dynamic/talented Senior Site Architect to join our construction supervisor team located in Abu Dhabi , UAE for the prestigious icon Project in the JLT area. The Site Architect should demonstrate a minimum of 15 yrs. of experience working on projects such as high-rise towers, residential towers, and mega projects in Abu Dhabi. Successful candidates should be familiar with ADM ADDC ADCD regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of pre-qualifications, material submittals, and method statements relating to architectural scope;
• Reviewing architectural and engineering submittals.
• Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental and local regulations.
• Ensure adherence to all building codes, laws, and regulations
• Conduct inspections and obtain permits
• Check the accuracy of work performed by contractors and subcontractors
• Monitoring the work of other Engineers and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Interface coordination with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and other specialist services;.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in architecture or similar.

· The relevant professional qualifications and local license.

· A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.

· Detail-oriented and highly analytical.

· Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a similar field

· Experience with Consultancy firms.

· Ability to deliver under pressure

· Good working knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
