Organization Units Purpose:

  • The Inbound unit of the contact center handles incoming calls from customers of the bank and answers queries and complaints.
  • The outbound department of the contact center is a revenue-generating unit that makes calls to existing bank customers to promote additional products, ensuring basic eligibility and needs are identified.

Job Purpose:

  • Receiving inbound calls to answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
  • Performing outbound calls to promote and sell bank’s selective products and project a professional company image through phone interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls in a professional manner and address customer inquiries related to banking products and services.
  • Proactively identify gaps in the journey and process and develop actionable plans to enhance them.
  • Identify proactively opportunities to improve performance and create actionable plans that drive results
  • Emphasize the advantages of the product, such as low interest rate, flexible repayment options, or highlight limited time offers or benefits to prompt immediate action.
  • Route service requests accurately, capture mandatory information, and provide customers with relevant product and service details.
  • Follow up with customer calls where necessary.
  • Adherence to standard work procedures while handling customer calls.
  • Comply to information security and data privacy policies.
  • Make fresh outbound calls to generate new sale leads.
  • Establish credibility by providing transparent information and addressing concerns honestly.
  • Follow-up on initial contacts as required to close the sale.
  • Focus on day-to-day operations and ensure that targets are being met by the end of each month.
