Job Description

We are looking for the position of Sales Consultant for our Real Estate Office. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:

  • Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services.
  • Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.
  • Assessing a client’s property needs.
  • Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
  • Analysing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients.
  • Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions.
  • Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client’s properties.
  • Sell the services and solutions that the company/manufacturer offers.
  • Maintain and grow a strong client base.
  • Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
  • Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Patience and interpersonal skills.
  • Have strong connections and network within Real Estate market.
