Job Description
We are looking for the position of Sales Consultant for our Real Estate Office. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services.
- Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.
- Assessing a client’s property needs.
- Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
- Analysing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients.
- Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions.
- Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client’s properties.
- Sell the services and solutions that the company/manufacturer offers.
- Maintain and grow a strong client base.
- Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
- Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Patience and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong connections and network within Real Estate market.
