Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Prepare marketing presentations based on the campaigns and seasons.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
SEO & SEM:
Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEO).
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management:
Manage and oversee social media accounts and create strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchase, store operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as necessary.
