Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated School Counselor cum Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students on course offerings and enrollment processes.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential students.
- Conduct sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend and create education fairs, exhibitions, and other events to promote our courses.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and their families.
Qualifications:
- Preferred but not mandatory, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or counseling, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
