Job Description

Our client is seeking an Events Sales Manager for an F&B Retail firm in the UAE. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • To manage and oversee the operations of events and catering department.
  • Responsible for setting yearly budgets in line with year-on-year growth and business needs..
  • Responsible for the operational running of the corporate accounts.
  • Monitor, oversee and expand the business development of the department. Will be focusing on client acquisition, retention and relationship building in F&B, events or catering industries
  • Review and monitor post event evaluations, ROI’s

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:


  • 3 years experience in F&B, Hospitality or Catering field doing business development
  • Must have active client portfolio
  • Skills required: leadership, pricing & menu knowledge
  • Fluency in English language is a must, and knowledge of any European languages, Arabic or other languages would be a plus
