Role Summary: Support the accounting functions of the department regarding General Ledger (GL), fixed assets register, budget and costing, and treasury management.
Responsibilities: * Maintain and manage the General Ledger (GL).
- Oversee the fixed assets register.
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgeting plans.
- Perform cost analysis and control activities.
- Support treasury management activities.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for financial planning.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Profile Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as an accountant with recognized firms.
- Experience in assisting in developing budgeting plans at a complex organization.
- Highly numerate with developed analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proficient in common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs.
- Bilingual with mastery of written and spoken Arabic and English.
