Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at Designs Frontier, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with our design and development teams to deliver outstanding digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive and motivated professional with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the digital design industry.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyse market data to develop strategies for business expansion and client acquisition.

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients, including startups, businesses, and organizations seeking digital design and development services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their digital design needs and objectives.

Collaboration with Design and Development Teams

  • Work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and performance.

Networking

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build industry connections and promote the agency's services.

Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track progress toward business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Have own visa for at lease 6 months
  • Fluent in English,Arabic and Hindi will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the digital design or creative agency industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital design trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
