Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, ensuring timely and efficient communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of hiring activities.
- Handle candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions as well as visas processing and travel and accommodation booking.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in recruitment activities.
