About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction work on high-rise building projects, adhering to Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
- Identify and report any non-conformance issues promptly, working with contractors and engineers to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Verify the quality and quantity of delivered materials against approved purchase orders and material submittals.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, photographs, and corrective actions taken.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, understand project timelines and milestones, and proactively identify potential quality issues.
- Work collaboratively with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on relevant Dubai Municipality regulations and international building codes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on high-rise buildings.
- Proven understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and specifications.
- Experience working with relevant construction codes and standards, including Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
