- Property Listings: Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct property viewings and meetings with clients.
- Negotiations: Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients.
- Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and lease agreements.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Licensing: Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Skills:
- Excellent communication Arabic& English and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate software and technology.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
