Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our brand standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests and provide recommendations.
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food safety certification (e.g., level 3 HACCP) is preferred.
- Arabic and English speaker.
