Job Title: Sales Assistant - Pet Shop

Job Description: ALEEF is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our pet shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the shop’s layout, stocking and loading of pet supplies, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for both pets and customers. This role involves close communication and coordination with our grooming division to provide seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain daily upkeep of the shop’s layout, ensuring products are displayed attractively and accessibly.
  • Communicate effectively with the grooming division to coordinate services and appointments.
  • Possess a strong understanding of common pet products and supplies.
  • Operate and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Efficiently stock and load pet supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or sales, preferably in a pet-related field.
  • Knowledgeable about various pet products, supplies, and their uses.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and handling financial transactions.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
