Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
  • Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture market share.
  • Sales Management:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
  • Establish sales goals, track performance, and report on sales metrics.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor behavior and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure funds are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures and return on investment (ROI).
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Develop and manage customer retention strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any customer issues or concerns.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to align on business objectives and strategies.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
