Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
- Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture market share.
- Sales Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.

- Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Ensure brand messages are consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Analyze competitor behavior and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure funds are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
