Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve membership targets, developing strategic sales plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall member experience and increasing the profitability of our health club.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed membership sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve excellent performance.
- Manage all aspects of membership sales, including tours, promotions, and community outreach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a solid customer service orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
