• Our client is a market leader in the Middle East in fit-out services, specializing in interior contracting and bespoke joinery. As they expand in KSA, we have been appointed to seek talented individuals to join their delivery team.
Role Summary:
• We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale interior fit-out projects.
• Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with supervisors and sub-contractors, distributing resources, maintaining budgets, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate daily activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for sub-contractors and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Manage project variations and scope changes.
• Oversee quality inspections and health & safety procedures.
• Attend and lead site progress meetings.
Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction experience, with 2-4 years in a similar role.
• Extensive site operations knowledge and project management experience.
• Strong communication, people, and time management skills.
