We are hiring Recovery Officer will be responsible for ensuring 100% collection of assigned target.
Responsibilities:
- Knowing all the details of our service.
- Deals with customers face to face.
- Follow-up with the customers for the payment.
- Make follow-up sheet for collection.
- Handling client queries over the phone, email and during meetings.
- Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails and Calls as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduation or equivalent
- Priority experience in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable with computers
- Efficient with English.
- Minimum 1 + 2 years of experience in UAE similar role. (Mandatory) if you don't have experience kindly don't waste your time and our time also.
- Languages (English and Hindi both are mandatory)
