Job Description

· Daily Metrics Monitoring and Performance Tracking and RCA

· Support the operations by providing visibility and insights by setting up process adherence checks and publishing various dashboards.

· Responsible to maintain and update various trackers

· Responsible to perform RCA of all the KPI breaches and develop solutions

· Planning, forecasting, and operation control through process monitoring

· Gather data and analyze data to arrive at actionable insights

· Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics.

· Vendor/Contract Management

· Incentive Management

· Monthly Budget MIS Provisioning

· S2P2P Management

· Payment Management

· All Admin/HR/Facility/Security related

· Financial Benchmark and Cost Database

· Vendor Management – Registration / Renewal / Any admin changes

· SPOC for Legal, Finance, Payment, Facilities, Admin Team.
