Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join our Sales Team.
A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a “passion” for Real Estat e.
* Desired Candidate Profile:
- Highly Motivated with Strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate Industry.
- Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.
- Presentable & Well-dressed
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- We are looking for at least 1-2 Years experience in the same field
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking care of the international buyers/clients of the company.
- Daily calling on new data and leads provided, follow up with the existing clients.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
- Analyzing potential customer's with their requirements and suggest them property/ buying options.
- Achieving Sales target by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Generate new meeting/leads through calls.
- Provide honest feedback to clients and promote ethics and integrity on all transactions.
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
