We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. As a commission-based agent, you will have the freedom to work independently, You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices.
- Prepare and present properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and service providers (e.g., mortgage brokers, home inspectors).
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Must have driving license.
- Atleast 6 months of Dubai Real Estate experience
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Proficient in using real estate software and MLS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service.
