Job Overview: As a Social Media Specialist at Spazio Interior Decoration LLC, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing our social media strategy. Your role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving marketing initiatives, and boosting sales through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success.
• Plan and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns to optimize return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals.

Community Management:

• Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Cultivate a positive online community that reflects our brand values.

Campaign Management:

• Design and implement social media campaigns and contests to promote our services.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to broaden reach and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role within the Dubai market.
• Profound knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Experience in social media advertising and campaign management.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages required.
