**Candidate must be in Qatar**

  • Lead a team of recruiters to source and hire manpower for the company and out projects.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and departments for recruitment needs.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment documents and reports.
  • Monitor and report recruitment progress to management.
  • Prepare and file recruitment correspondence.
  • Monitor and control recruitment costs.
  • Forecast and plan workforce budget.
  • Manage staffing to ensure department continuity.
  • Interview and select team members.
  • Ensure resource availability for tasks.
  • Supervise, assign tasks, monitor performance, and review results.
  • Coach and develop subordinates, recommend training, and manage personnel records.
  • Manage priorities set by the management.
  • Attending ad hoc management meetings.
  • Present timely reports to management.
  • Provide updated recruitment KPI results and business performance analysis.
