Job Description
**Candidate must be in Qatar**
- Lead a team of recruiters to source and hire manpower for the company and out projects.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and departments for recruitment needs.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Maintain and update recruitment documents and reports.
- Monitor and report recruitment progress to management.
- Prepare and file recruitment correspondence.
- Monitor and control recruitment costs.
- Forecast and plan workforce budget.
- Manage staffing to ensure department continuity.
- Interview and select team members.
- Ensure resource availability for tasks.
- Supervise, assign tasks, monitor performance, and review results.
- Coach and develop subordinates, recommend training, and manage personnel records.
- Manage priorities set by the management.
- Attending ad hoc management meetings.
- Present timely reports to management.
- Provide updated recruitment KPI results and business performance analysis.
