Responsibilities:
Develop and present design proposals tailored to client specifications and project requirements.
Produce detailed Shop drawings encompassing plans, elevations, sections, and intricate details.
Conduct meticulous quantity surveys and prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.
Perform comprehensive feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and potential challenges.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and standards throughout the design and execution phases.
Utilize advanced proficiency in engineering software to create and modify designs effectively.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Facilitate the smooth submission of project documents to Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.
