Operations Manager for Multi Store QSR
*Understands all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training initiatives to effectively oversee and manage multiple stores.
* Daily manage and coordinate Front and Back of House restaurant operations
* Ensure operation is complying with company rules, and with safety and hygiene rules
* Daily review of multiple brand operation
* Regular check on product quality
* Coordinate with suppliers
* Monthly Sales Report, Payroll Reports, Food Cost and Inventory Reporting
* Coordinate with branch managers
* Communicate with customers request and complaints
* Assist with Staffing
* Wastage Control
* Sales forecasting and budgeting
* Business Development
* Assist with Catering events
* Ticket provided upon completion of 2 years
