Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in real estate, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and techniques to drive sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Handle high-level negotiations and close significant deals to meet company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
