Job Description:
K4 Technical Services is looking for an experienced Electrician with a strong background in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working on fit-out projects and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure high-quality and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures for fit-out projects.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
- Conduct electrical inspections, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrician in the fit-out industry.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards specific to fit-out projects.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in electrical work or a related field.
- Previous experience with high-profile fit-out projects in Dubai.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Arabic.
