2. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items to maintain their pristine appearance.
3. Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and free of dust and debris.
4. Handle delicate items and furnishings with care, following specific guidelines for cleaning and maintenance. Create and maintain case management solution, introduce SLAs, for all types of customer complaints, pre-handover & post-handover.
5. Ensure the sales office is consistently clean and organized, including reception areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
6. Clean and sanitize common areas such as corridors, stairways, and restrooms.
7. Monitor and replenish supplies in office areas, including stationery and refreshments for clients and staff.
8. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment for both the show apartment and sales office.
9. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure proper functioning of cleaning equipment and prompt resolution of any maintenance issues.
10. Assist with preparing the show apartment and sales office for client visits, ensuring a welcoming environment.
11. Provide occasional refreshments and amenities for clients and visitors as requested.
1. Work closely with the property management, staging teams, and sales staff to ensure all properties are presented impeccably.
2. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless operations.
