We are looking for a FireMon Solution Expert for a Leading Digital Transformation Company.

Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in network security management, specifically with Firemon and VMware NSX.
• Strong understanding of virtualized network environments and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Firemon security management solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of VMware NSX architecture and security features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
• Lead the deployment and integration of FireMon solutions across various environments.
• Configure FireMon products to align with organizational security policies and requirements.
Management and Optimization:
• Monitor and maintain FireMon systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Continuously evaluate and improve FireMon configurations to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
• Optimize Firemon and NSX configurations for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Firemon and NSX security setups.
• Perform regular system audits and assessments to ensure optimal functionality and security.
• Analyze security alerts and logs to identify and mitigate potential threats. Maintain and update Firemon configurations and policies as needed to adapt to changing security landscapes.
• Work closely with network and security teams to design and implement security solutions.Provide expert guidance and support to IT teams regarding Firemon and NSX-related security practices.
Policy and Compliance Management:
• Use FireMon to develop, enforce, and audit network security policies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
• Conduct risk assessments using FireMon tools to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Implement proactive measures to mitigate identified risks.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate detailed reports on security posture, compliance status, and risk metrics using FireMon.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.
About the Role:
The FireMon Solution Expert will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of FireMon solutions within our organization. This role requires deep expertise in network security management, policy compliance, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with FireMon products and a strong background in cybersecurity.
