Marina Lux Real Estate specializes in luxury properties in Dubai, offering exceptional service and expertise to our clients. We seek passionate Property Consultant to join our team and handle both secondary and off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information.
Negotiate property sales and rental agreements.
Maintain property listings and marketing materials.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Establish and grow a local network within the real estate market.
Report regularly to the manager on sales activities and market trends.
Must be a team player and contribute positively to the team's success.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate sales.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Well-spoken in English; proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Russian, and Chinese is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
UAE driving license is beneficial but not essential.
