Overview:
Jovera Tourism, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, specializing in visa processing, air ticketing, and travel arrangements. Holding certifications from Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is required to ensure high-quality service delivery to our esteemed clientele. Responsibilities:

· Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa regulations, and airline policies to provide accurate information and advice to clients.

· Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

· Expertly manage air ticketing tasks, including complex itineraries and group bookings, using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

· Provide knowledgeable guidance on visa requirements, application processes, and documentation for various destinations.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their travel needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent, with expertise in visa processing, air ticketing, and travel arrangements.
• Certification from Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is mandatory; additional certifications (e.g., ATPCO, CIBTAC) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Excellent understanding of visa application processes and requirements for multiple countries.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
