Job Description

· Issue quotations, respond to emails, manage leads, organize sales pipeline and follow up with customers

· Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to team success

· Manage and prioritize departmental correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

· Prepare and distribute reports as required.

· Maintain and update departmental files, records, and databases.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

· Assist with other duties as needed to support the sales team and ensure a positive customer experience

· Build product knowledge in order to answer customer inquiries
