- Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale.
- Performing quality inspections on meats to ensure freshness and proper storage.
- Creating and maintaining attractive displays of meats for customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering any questions or concerns.
- Assisting customers in selecting the right cuts of meat for their needs.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Operating and maintaining meat processing machinery.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and new cutting techniques.
