About You

  • The ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and attention to detail
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in travel arrangements
