With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we manage a diverse portfolio of properties across Abu Dhabi. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Leasing Manager to contribute to our success.

Role Overview: As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of our properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:

• Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of real estate agents to foster a high-performance culture.
• Tenant Relations: Cultivating positive relationships with prospective and current tenants to enhance leasing success and tenant retention.
• Leasing Strategy: Developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and maximize rental income.
• Property Showings: Conducting property tours and showcasing the benefits and features of available units.
• Lease Administration: Managing lease negotiations, preparing lease documents, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
• Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective campaigns and promotions to attract prospective tenants.

Requirements:

• Proven 3 years experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong understanding of leasing principles and property management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve tenant concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
